🔄 Return & Exchange Policy – Kuwait

This policy is in compliance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014, ensuring your right to fair treatment and product satisfaction.
📦 Eligibility for Return & Exchange:
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

The item must be:

Unused and in new condition

In its original packaging

Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The item is defective

The item was not as described or not as advertised

The item delivered is different from what was ordered

Exchanges may be accepted for size, color, or personal preference, provided the product is in sellable condition and the request is made within the allowed period.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
According to Article 14 of Law No. 39/2014, the following are excluded from return unless defective:

Custom-made or personalized items

Items that have been used, washed, or altered

Items sold during final or clearance sales

Perishable or hygienic goods (e.g., undergarments, opened grooming products)
💵 Refunds:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

For cash payments, refunds will be made in cash.

Refunds to credit/debit cards may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank.

If the original method of payment is unavailable, a store credit or alternative refund method may be offered.
🌍 International Orders:

For returns on international orders, customers must notify us within 14 days of receipt.

Return shipping costs, customs duties, and processing fees will be deducted from the refund.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refund will be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

The original invoice or order confirmation must be presented for all return or exchange requests.
