Choosing fabric

How many meters do I need?

We cut every fabric in 3, 3.5 and 4 meters. The right length depends on your height, your build and how your tailor cuts. If you are ordering from us for the first time, message us on WhatsApp with your height before you order and we will tell you which cut to take — or ask your tailor, who will know exactly.

What does “Weight” mean?

Weight runs from Light to Heavy and tells you how substantial the cloth is. Lighter weights breathe better and suit Kuwait’s summer; heavier weights hold a sharper line and are better for winter and formal wear.

What does “Stance” mean?

Stance describes how the cloth falls — Relaxed, Quarter, Third or Half. A relaxed stance drapes softly against the body. A half stance stands away from it and holds its shape. Quarter and Third sit between the two.

You can filter any collection by weight and stance together, so you can narrow down to exactly the handle you want.

Is the fabric see-through?

Every product page lists transparency — non-sheer or semi-sheer — along with the exact composition. Check it before you order, especially on lighter weights.

Delivery

How fast is delivery in Kuwait?

Next day, to all areas. Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day. We deliver Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.

Do you ship outside Kuwait?

Yes — to Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Iraq. GCC orders arrive within 5–7 business days and every shipment is tracked.

How much is shipping?

Delivery within Kuwait is 2.000 KWD. Rates for other countries are calculated at checkout once you enter your address. For orders outside Kuwait, customs duties, VAT and import fees are set by the destination country and may be collected by the courier on delivery.

Payment

How can I pay?

K-NET, Visa, Mastercard and mada. You are taken to our secure payment provider to complete the payment, then returned to the store. All transactions are encrypted.

Which currency will I be charged in?

Orders are charged in Kuwaiti dinar (KWD). If you are browsing in another GCC currency, that figure is a live conversion for your reference — your bank will convert at its own rate.

Returns and exchanges

Can I return fabric?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase, provided the fabric is unused, in its original packaging, and you have the original invoice. Cloth that has been cut, washed or altered cannot be returned — so check the fabric before it goes to your tailor.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds take 7–14 business days depending on your bank.
