Return & Exchange Policy

1. 14 days

You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery.

2. Conditions

Fabric must be uncut (in the length we supplied), unwashed, unaltered and in its original packaging; shemagh must be unworn with tags. Keep your order number.

3. Not returnable

Unless defective or not as ordered: fabric cut or sewn by you or your tailor, gift cards, gift boxes, and items bought in final sales.

4. Defective or wrong item

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery.

5. How to return

WhatsApp +965 9003 4736 or email info@trykham.com with your order number. Bring the item to either of our branches (Blockat or Fahad Al-Salem Street), or we collect it anywhere in Kuwait for 2.000 KWD, deducted from your refund. Collection is free when the item is defective or wrong.

6. Refunds

To the original payment method within 3 working days of receiving and checking the item. Your bank may take 7 to 14 business days to show it. Deema orders are refunded through Deema.

7. GCC orders

Contact us within 14 days of delivery; return shipping and customs costs are deducted unless the item is defective or wrong.

8. Your rights

Your rights under Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 are not affected. For unresolved disputes you can contact the Consumer Protection Department.
